India favors dialogue on Iran's nuclear issues

India on Sunday called for efforts to address Iran's nuclear issues through dialogue with the International Atomic Energy Agency playing a key role. "We continue to feel that all possible efforts should be made to address Iran's nuclear issues by peaceful means through dialogue and negotiations and that IAEA should play a central role in resolving the outstanding issues," India's External Affairs Ministry spokesman Navtej Sarna said. He was responding to the UN Security Council sanctions on Iran over its refusal to suspend uranium enrichment.
