Iran says latest nuclear talks 'constructive'

Iran's official news agency says the latest talks between Iranian officials and a visiting envoy from the UN nuclear watchdog agency were "constructive." Olli Heinonen of the International Atomic Energy Agency, arrived in Teheran on Thursday for two days of negotiations on Iran's controversial nuclear program. IRNA's Friday report quotes Teheran nuclear official Muhammad Saeedi as saying the talks with Heinonen took place in an "atmosphere of understanding."
