Kuwait's parliament speaker: West is 'provoking' Iran on nuclear issue

Kuwait's parliament speaker says the West is "provoking" Iran on the nuclear issue, recommending "dialogue not escalation."
Jassem al-Kharafi says in an interview with Kuwait TV that the "sovereignty" of the Islamic Republic should be respected and Iran should not be treated as if it were one of "America's states."
Al-Kharafi, whose interview was also published in Al-Anba daily Monday, said Teheran realizes the area cannot take such tensions.
This major US-ally fears Iranian retaliation if Iran's nuclear facilities are attacked.
