Iran's foreign ministry spokesman said Sunday his country was willing, under the right conditions, to improve its chilly relations with the US despite having passed up the opportunity for direct talks at last week's Iraq conference.
Despite the missed opportunity, Mohammad Ali Hosseini said in his weekly news briefing that it is possible to improve US-Iran relations if several "necessary preliminaries" are established.
