Two Palestinians were lightly wounded after being shot by security forces near Ramallah on Tuesday afternoon.
Allegedly the two were shot after attempting to damage the security fence.
The two also allegedly threw stones and bottles at the troops.
They were taken to a hospital in Ramallah by the Red Crescent.
