2 troops hurt in shooting near Ramallah

Two IDF soldiers were lightly wounded on Thursday when gunshots were fired at their car near Ramallah. The two were evacuated to Jerusalem's Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital for treatment. The Aksa Martyrs Brigades claimed responsibility for the attack. Overnight Wednesday, a bomb was thrown at troops operating in the Jenin area. No casualties or damage were reported. Also overnight, IDF forces arrested 24 Palestinian fugitives during operations throughout the West Bank.
