4 teens arrested for beating up classmate in Haifa area

Four teens were arrested on Tuesday on the suspicion that they beat up a classmate during school hours.
According to a police complaint filed by the victim, the four attacked him, kicking and punching him without any reason.
"We are speaking about [a case of] very serious bullying and violence," Insp. Asaf Algem, head of the Tirat Karmel Police Investigations and Intelligence Unit said.
