Rishon Lezion Police arrested five 16 year olds on Thursday night on suspicion of severely beating and stabbing a boy their same age in his upper body.
The wounded boy was evacuated to Asaf Harofeh Hospital in Tzrifin in moderate condition.
The suspects and the casualty are familiar to police.
