Israeli singer Amir Benayoun pressed charges against the Israel Record Federation, demanding NIS 4 million in damages.
Benayoun alleged that major Israeli record companies enjoyed royalties for producing his albums that he was supposed to receive.
A statement of defense was not yet submitted by the federation to the Tel Aviv District Court.
