A woman was wounded in an explosion in Arad on Monday afternoon.
The circumstances surrounding the event were unclear, although it did not appear to be an act of terrorism. Police said that it was most likely criminaly motivated.
The wounded woman was taken to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba.
