The owners of the Angel, Berman and Vadash bakeries decided on Wednesday to raise bread prices by 10.6% as of next week, Army Radio reported.
In a letter they sent to Industry Trade and Labor Minister Eli Yishai, the companies stated that when their request that prices be raised was not met they were entitled to exercise their legal right to raise prices unilaterally.
