A 38-year-old Bat Yam man was arrested Sunday on suspicion of carrying out an indecent act on a 13-year-old girl.
According the charges, the man stroked the girl's hair while speaking to her in sexually explicit language.
The daughter and her father tracked down the man after the alleged offense and called the police.
