Bedouin gang leader to be indicted

The leader of a Bedouin gang that is suspected of carrying out burglaries across the country will appear in court in Petah Tikva on Sunday, when police expect him to be indicted. Abu Alyun Uda and his group, who are from Tel Sheva in the south, allegedly stole computer equipment worth millions of shekels. They were caught after breaking into Hewlett Packard's repair center in Petah Tikva on January 24 and were released soon afterwards. However, they carried out a second burglary four days later and were again picked up. The investigation into the rest of the gang is continuing, police said.
