Meretz head Yossi Beilin said Saturday that Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz's policy of targeted killings showed why a civilian serve as Defense Minister, Israel Radio reported.
Beilin spoke after 14 Palestinian terrorists were killed over the weekend, mostly by IAF missile strikes.
