Beinish rejects Likud's case against Kadima jingle

Supreme Court Justice Dorit Beinish, who serves as chairperson of the central election committee, rejected on Thursday Likud's request to ban Kadima's campaign song, claiming it was reminiscent of the national anthem.
Beinish stated that using musical motifs similar to those of the national anthem's was not to be considered inappropriate use that merits limiting freedom of expression.
