A 44-year-old Israeli man was under arrest Tuesday for raping a six year old girl who was visiting his young daughter at their Beit Shemesh home, police said.
During the police investigation of the case it emerged that the alleged pedophile, who was apprehended Monday, is also suspected of sexually molesting his own 6-year-old daughter for years.
Police believe is he is behind a series of other sexual assaults as well.
The suspect was remanded in custody for seven days
Tuesday by the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court.
