Receiver Shlomo Shahar asked the Jerusalem District Court for an urgent meeting in order to approve the sale.
Financial troubles had put the institution on the brink of bankruptcy, but the sale will guarantee that the hospital continue to function as a medical center, retaining at least 60% of its current employees.
