New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, currently on his latest of several visits to Israel, is expected to attend Thursday's cornerstone laying ceremony at the new Magen David Adom ambulance dispatch center being built in Jerusalem.
The ceremony begins at 10:00 a.m in the capital's Romema neighborhood, near the new central bus station.
