The body of Noah Moscowitz, 62, from Rishon Lezion, was found near the city's old cemetery Thursday morning. Police ruled out both criminal and terrorist motives.
A Palestinian terror group, which had heard police reports in the Israeli media Wednesday that Moscowitz had gone missing, claimed to have kidnapped him. Security forces, however, quickly ruled out the terror group's claim.
