Two cars traveling near Kfar Saba collided on Tuesday morning, seriously injuring two people. Both people were evacuated to a nearby hospital.
Tuesday's accident is the first reported violation of Israel's declared "No Accident Day," which is meant to encourage Israelis to drive safely and avoid accidents for one day.
