Cmdr. Moshe Mizrahi was expected to testify before the Zeiler committee on Tuesday on the matter of police conduct during the investigation of the Perinian brothers and their alleged recruitment of a police officer to commit murder.
Mizrahi's testimony was expected to be followed by Insp.-Gen. Moshe Karadi's as well as that of other police officers, Army Radio reported.
Oded and Sharon Perinian were suspected of recruiting former policeman Tzahi Ben-Or to kill their rival, Pinhas Buhbout. The brothers were also suspected of trying to do away with Ben-Or after they supposedly believed he was cooperating with other crime families.
