State Comptroller Micha Lindestrauss is expected to publish a report Sunday criticizing the Israel Aircraft Industries for its conduct in the acquisition of 30% of Elisra Group in 2002.
In his report, Lindestrauss charged that IAI had failed to accurately assess the value of Elisra prior to the transaction, and pointed an accusatory finger toward IAI President & CEO Moshe Keret.
