Netanyahu signs off on guidelines, private bills withdrawn.

The guidelines set uniform criteria forproviding compensation, on three tracks: To those who purchasedapartments, to contractors and those with building permits, and tolocal councils that were adversely affected by the decision.Theoutline will be implemented by a professional committee as set forth inthe cabinet decision.
