Construction worker shot in the leg over dog theft

A worker was shot at an Israel Electric construction site in Kiryat Yam on Wednesday morning.
He was lightly wounded on the leg, and taken by ambulance to Rambam hospital in Haifa.
Police said the shooting was most likely perpetrated by youths in the area who suspected the worker had stolen their dog.
