The High Court of Justice ruled in favor of satellite and cable companies on Wednesday, ruling that they were permitted to charge money for broadcasting World Cup matches.
On Tuesday, the Charlton company, which holds World Cup broadcast rights, reached a deal with the local companies reducing the consumer price for the games from nearly NIS 500 to NIS 309.
