The High Court of Justice on Monday rejected the request of suspended President Moshe Katsav to receive the material in his sexual harassment case from State Attorney Menahem Mazuz.
"According to law, the accused is permitted to receive the material only after an indictment is served," read the ruling written by Supreme Court President Justice Dorit Beinisch.
