The Southern District Attorney presented an indictment on Thursday to the Beersheba District Court against Mustafa abu Muamar, 21, of Gaza.
Abu Muamar is accused of membership in a terrorist organization, conspiracy, and supplying information to the enemy.
Southern District police officials said Abu Muamar was involved in digging tunnels from the Gaza Strip to Israel, and that there was a link between his activity and the abduction of IDF soldier Cpl. Gilad Shalit on June 25.
