Court rejects Glazer appeal to retract charges

The Supreme Court turned down an appeal Sunday made by Ofer Glazer, the husband of Shari Arison, charged with sexually harassing two women, one who came to see the house he was renting out, and the second, a nurse caring for his wife following her surgery. Glazer has been convicted and sentenced to six months in jail. He has also been sentenced to one year of conditional imprisonment and fined NIS 10,000 to be paid to the national treasury. He must also pay NIS 15, 000 to on of his accusers. Glazer will begin his sentence next Sunday.
