Court rejects petition by families of IDF troops killed by friendly fire

The High Court of Justice on Thursday rejected the petition by relatives of two IDF soldiers killed in a friendly fire incident as they guarded a facility in the Hebron Hills in 2003.
The families of the Yehuda Ben Yosef and Yoav Doron had claimed that the investigation conducted by the chief IDF prosecutor was incomplete and that those responsible for the incident were not brought to justice.
