Court tells state to explain why it is barring rightists from Arab Hebron

The High Court of Justice on Tuesday instructed the State Attorney's Office to explain why it is barring right-wing activists from conducting tours in Arab neighborhoods of Hebron. The two activists - Itamar Ben-Gvir and Baruch Marzel - petitioned the High Court after their request to tour the Arab neighborhoods was denied by army and police commanders in the area, despite the fact that left-wing activists are allowed to do so regularly. The state was given 45 days to reply.
