The High Court of Justice on Tuesday instructed the State Attorney's Office to explain why it is barring right-wing activists from conducting tours in Arab neighborhoods of Hebron.
The two activists - Itamar Ben-Gvir and Baruch Marzel - petitioned the High Court after their request to tour the Arab neighborhoods was denied by army and police commanders in the area, despite the fact that left-wing activists are allowed to do so regularly.
The state was given 45 days to reply.
