Deputy defense minister: Military blow to Hamas probably inevitable

Deputy Defense Minister Matan Vilna'i said on Sunday that a military campaign against Hamas in the Gaza Strip was probably inevitable. "With Hamas it will probably have to end with a military blow," Vilna'i told Army Radio, but added that Israel "has to examine all possibilities" before it does so. "We understand the consequences of a military blow, from all aspects - both for the Palestinian side and for the Israeli side."
