Chairman of the Terror Victims' Organization, Almagor Meir Indor accused Internal Security Minister Avi Dichter on Friday of playing into the hands of Hamas and encouraging terrorist organizations to kidnap soldiers and civilians, Army Radio reported.
Dichter said earlier in the morning that Israel would release Palestinian prisoners if it was required in order to release Cpl. Gilad Shalit who was kidnapped by Palestinians almost two weeks ago.
