Dichter: IDF should consider Gaza ground operation

Former head of the Shin Bet and incoming MK (Kadima) Avi Dichter said that the IDF should not rule out a ground operation in the Gaza Strip, Israel Radio reported Tuesday morning.
Dichter emphasized that Israel's main security problem was suicide bombings and not Kassam rocket attacks.
He added that Hamas, now in power, was capable of reducing terrorist activity against Israel.
