Internal Security Minister and former Shin Bet chief Avi Dichter said on Thursday that Israel must find a way to achieve its strategic goals in Lebanon without resorting to a ground invasion.
Dichter is a member of the "Forum of Seven" security cabinet that approves targets and directs policy for IDF operations in Lebanon.
