Discount Bank employees were striking on Wednesday in 24 out of 110 branches.
The calming period to which workers had committed themselves following the eruption of tensions in the bank ended, and thus the workers renewed their strike, Israel Radio reported.
Among the closed branches in Tel Aviv are the Lev Diezengoff and Kirya offices; in Holon, the Sokolov branch was on strike. The Ra'anana, Kfar Saba, and Herzliya branches were closed as well.
