Police have arrested a 23 year-old man from east Jerusalem for breaking into two apartments in Yemin Moshe, raping a woman in one flat and trying to rape another woman in the other.
The second woman fought back and the suspect, Abasi Nidal, fled. Police arrested him at his home on Wednesday, and on Thursday a judge remanded him for seven days.
