Explosive device found near IDF outpost in Kiryat Sefer

An explosive device was found Tuesday near an IDF outpost in Kiryat Sefer, Army Radio reported.
The devise was comprised of two gas balloons, detonation devices, firecrackers, barbed wire and an axe.
Binyamin Precinct sappers were called to the scene.
