Khaled Abu-Sita, a senior member of the Abu al-Rish Brigades of the Fatah, was killed Saturday night when a missile hit his car near Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip. Three other passengers were wounded.
Members of the Abu al-Rish Brigades claimed that the missile was fired by the IAF. The IAF denies responsibility for the projectile.
Abu-Sita's cohorts vowed to avenge his death, Israel Radio reported.
