Federman requests PM not be buried on Negev ranch

Right-wing activist Noam Federman wrote a letter to Health Minister Ya'acov Edri asking he prevent the burial of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon next to his wife, Lili, at his Negev ranch, claiming the place was designated a nature reserve. Edri responded to the letter on Wednesday, insisting that he would not deal with the prime minister's burial plans and, using a quote from the Bible, called Federman a "low and degraded man," Israel Radio reported. The right-wing activist already petitioned to the High Court of Justice, using the same argument, to have Lili Sharon disinterred. His request was rejected because it wasn't submitted on time, according to Federman.
