Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni warned on Sunday that the international position that led to cutting funds to the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority may be weakening.
She suggested that if Gaza suffers a humanitarian crisis, then funds may stream back to the PA in the form of emergency aid, Army Radio reported.
