Meretz chairwoman MK Zehava Gal-On presented a platform to faction members Sunday which argued that while Israel must withdraw from all of Judea and Samaria, it should not do so unilaterally.
Gal-On called for an international body to govern those territories during the transition period, adding that Israel would remain responsible for those areas following a disengagement.
