Gaza evacuees sue government over NIS 125 million loan

The Gaza evacuees filed a petition before the High Court of Justice on Sunday to protest the government's demand that they repay a NIS 125 million loan made to them by the settlement's division of the World Zionist Organization during the last three decades.
The settlers have claimed that the demand runs counter to a cabinet decision to absolve them of the loan.
