A Gaza resident received a double sentence of life and 10 years in prison on Tuesday after he was convicted of killing a security guard during a robbery in Tira.
The Tel Aviv District Court declared that the 26-year-old's sentence needed to send out a strong message that a murder committed simultaneously with other criminal activities warranted multiple sentencing, Army Radio reported.
