Gov't poised to approve witness protection program

Internal Security Minister Gideon Ezra will bring his plan for a witness protection program before the cabinet for approval Sunday.
The program, if approved, will be up and running in several weeks and will provide protection to witnesses who testify against members of criminal organizations.
