Gunmen opened fire on a kiosk in Hadera on Sunday night.
No one was wounded in the shooting, the background to which was a feud between two gangs of Arab Israelis over a girl, police said.
Police were investigating whether the attack was an attempted murder and were searching for the assailants who fled the scene.
