An indictment was being issued Wednesday afternoon in the Haifa District Court against two brothers suspected of arson.
The two, 26 and 29, from Hurfeish in the Galilee, allegedly burned the car belonging to the head of the regional council. They also reportedly tried convincing someone to attack an IDF officer on their behalf.
The brothers were trying to avenge the death of their cousin, who was killed in an army operation three years ago.
