Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen.Dan Halutz told the Defense and Foreign Affairs committee Tuesday that the army's policy of targeted assassinations in the Gaza Strip would continue, with the focus being on Islamic Jihad operatives.
According to Halutz, this policy had proven very effective thus far.
