HCJ petitioned to have state finish security fence

Gilboa regional council chairman petitioned the High Court of Justice on Wednesday to insist on the completion of the security fence in the Jordan Valley south of the Kinneret, according to Israel Radio.
The security fence has been built along most of the western part of Samaria, extending to the area between Jenin and Afula, but the barrier has not yet been completed in the Jordan Valley near Beit She'an
