The High Court of Justice rejected on Monday two petitions against the security fence in the Modi'in area, near Jerusalem.
The petitions were issued by Palestinian residents from the village of Beit Sira, near Modi'in, against the route of the fence.
The court rejected their claim that the fence was harming the land and their income, saying that the harm caused to them was marginal.
