High Court judges ordered the state on Tuesday to give the court the original draft of the charge sheet against former president Moshe Katsav, in which he was charged with rape.
The judges were discussing petitions against the plea bargain that Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz signed with Katsav, which waived the more severe charges in exchange for Katsav admitting to sexual harassment and indecent acts.
